This bottling also brings an intense sweetness, which comes from maturation in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks an exciting combination of smoke and sherry sweetness. The whisky matures in three types of casks: ex bourbon casks, quarter casks (smaller casks for more intense wood contact), and finally in
